Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026 · Mogility LLC
What MoOps does, what it does not do, and what we each agree to.
The service
MoOps answers your business phone when you cannot. It runs a short intake, checks your calendar and drive time, offers real appointment times, books the job, and texts both you and your customer.
MoOps is not an emergency service. If a caller reports gas, smoke, fire, carbon monoxide, electrical arcing, or a medical or animal emergency, the assistant recognizes it, ends the call immediately without giving any instructions, and alerts you. It does not dispatch anyone, does not contact 911, and is not a substitute for emergency services.
Text messages we send
MoOps sends text messages on your business behalf and to you. There are three kinds: appointment confirmations and changes to your customers, job details and approval requests to you, and urgent notices when a caller reports something dangerous.
Message frequency depends on how many calls your line receives; a typical customer receives a handful of messages a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops messages but does not cancel your subscription.
Text messaging requires carrier registration under A2P 10DLC, which takes one to three weeks after signup and is outside our control. Your phone is answered from the moment you forward it; texting switches on when the registration clears, and we send confirmations by email in the meantime.
What you agree to
That you have the right to forward the phone number you connect, and to receive messages at the number you give us.
That the business details you give for carrier registration are accurate. Carriers reject registrations built on wrong information, and a rejection costs weeks.
That you will not use MoOps to send marketing or solicitation messages. The service exists to handle calls and book jobs, and using it otherwise puts your own carrier registration at risk.
Billing
Plans are monthly and include a set number of voice minutes and text segments. Usage beyond the allowance is charged at the published overage rate, and a monthly bill never exceeds the price of the next plan up.
Your line keeps answering even when you go over your allowance. We do not switch off a working phone over usage.
Cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.
Availability
We depend on carriers, calendar providers and voice infrastructure we do not own. We work to keep the line answering and we tell you plainly when something is broken rather than letting you discover it from a customer. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limits
MoOps is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
